法新社5日報導，國際信用評級公司穆迪說，即使本周美國舉債攀抵上限，美國最高的三A評級不太可能受到影響。

儘管美國財政部警告，國會七日就舉債上限進行談判時，新設的限制將導致財政部本月底左支右絀，穆迪卻說他們相信美國不會倒債。

穆迪說: 「即使國會無法及時提高上限，財政部會持續找方法支付國債利息。」
