敘利亞舉行第三輪和談　反對派稱將不設條件

敘利亞和談在日內瓦連續兩輪沒有進展後，反對陣營說，不會對第三輪和談設定條件。

反對派談判代表賈卡爾說，聯合國特使卜拉希米計劃安排第三輪會議。

他表示，獲對方知會將再舉行一次會談，但不確定是三方一起開會，或是分開會見。

第二輪敘利亞和平會談原定昨天結束，但交戰雙方持續指責對方要為國內暴力負責，和談未能取得進展。
