方政倫種植咖啡多年，參加「coffee review」評鑑，得高分，在台灣罕見。

嘉義縣阿里山鄉鄒築園「咖啡王子」方政倫，甫獲「N235台灣高優質精品咖啡豆評鑑」特優，近日再獲得世界知名咖啡豆評鑑網站「Coffee Review」給予93分肯定，為台灣咖啡打響名號。

「希望可以用咖啡讓外國人認識台灣，認識嘉義阿里山，認識鄒族」，方政倫坦承得獎後銷量增加至少3成，但強調咖啡豆不會因此漲價。

「Coffee Review」為世界權威性的咖啡豆評鑑指標，藉香氣、酸味、醇厚、風味、餘韻等5大項目分辨優劣，100為滿分，85分以上即是非常好的評價，達到90分以上，難度相當高，專業人士認為是「咖啡豆的精品」。

美國精品咖啡協會杯測師林哲豪認為，「Coffee Review」評選著重選豆、烘焙，許多業者會進口國外豆，烘焙完成送評鑑，但方政倫以自己豆子送件得高分，在台灣相當罕見。

方政倫認為，種植咖啡豆，高海拔只是條件，不同處理方式才能讓咖啡呈現酒味、花草香等。他表示，自己會精進研究，希望讓台灣咖啡繼續發光。
