邱澤告名嘴求償500萬 敗訴

TVBS「哈新聞」主持人張家雲（花花）去年與名嘴楊皓如、狄志偉、許聖梅、呂文婉談論藝人邱澤、李毓芬緋聞，遭邱澤提告求償500萬元；士林地方法院今判邱澤敗訴。院方指出，邱澤為公眾人物，電視節目來賓討論範圍為可受公評之事。

去年7月10日「哈新聞」報導邱澤與李毓芬在車上被跟拍，狄志偉等人與主持人花花在節目上「重現」當時車內狀況，還說「案情不單純」，要邱勇敢認了戀情。
