文化部長龍應台今天赴立法院教育文化委員會進行專案報告，民進黨立委陳亭妃拿出貼有太陽花的打氣筒，問龍應台這是什麼？龍應台回答，「那不是香蕉嗎？」接著說，「對不起，這是太陽花」。

文化部4月7日舉行國家表演藝術中心掛牌儀式，邀請馬英九總統以打氣筒為表藝中心打氣，但有人故意在馬總統的打氣筒貼上太陽花。

龍應台說，出現這樣的畫面，讓文化部藝術發展司的委辦同仁很傷心，因為花了一年時間準備，卻因出現太陽花，模糊了表藝中心的內涵與焦點。她相信馬總統不是那麼小氣的人，應該不會介意。
