中國直接投資境外企業 維持兩位數增長

中國商務部投資促進局局長劉殿勳今天表示，目前中國已對全球156個國家和地區5,090家境外企業進行了直接投資，基本保持兩位數增長。

他在上海所舉辦的「首屆中國跨境投資併購峰會」上表示，近年來中國對外投資總量規模不斷擴大，不過也面臨一些挑戰，中國企業走出去，需要利用各種資源，練好內功，同時增強風險防範機制。

劉殿勳指出，從產業上看，投資領域已經從能源，礦產行業逐步向高新技術，高端製造業進行轉移。不過，中國海外投資總額和整個世界上資本流動總量相比，依然偏低，海外併購投資失敗的比例還是比較高。
