超商調查 顧肚子 南北胃口大不同

許多人仰賴超商鮮食填飽肚子，多年下來，超商發現南北口味大不同的趣味現象。

7-ELEVEn鮮食部經理王斐貞表示，到超商吃飯麵的消費者年齡層較廣，19歲至35歲的大學至上班族占來客4成。

整體鮮食業績，北部加竹苗外食人口多，業績最好，南部人習慣回家吃晚餐。類別部分，中南部擁戴18度C便當，業績較北部好1~2成，北部含桃竹地區民眾，喜歡4度C的燴飯、義大利麵等微波食品，這類商品銷售業績比南部好2~3成。

不同年齡層喜愛不同，年輕人偏愛燴飯類，且購買時間不固定，隨時肚子餓即購買充飢，傳統派的人喜愛18度C便當，集中在12點與6點吃飯時間採購。健康意識提升，使沙拉銷售看俏，選購沙拉以女性為主，北部買沙拉的人也比較多，業績是南部的2.5倍。
