請問一下,若跟團去走聖母山莊國家步道需要準備些甚麼單日來回　時間9:00~17:00
目前準備的有１、哨子２、指北針３、背包４、備用零食５、水壺６、筆記本和筆７、雨衣８帽子、9.備份糧食10、手電筒
需要準備求生盒和急救包嗎?(若要的話裡頭要放些甚麼)?
另外還有哪些事情要留意？
