國防部的勇固政策有可能裁併海軍陸戰隊，並把兩棲偵搜大隊解編，近五十位海軍陸戰隊退役士官兵上午到國防部訴願，。有的退役老海陸弟兄把臉塗上迷彩並戴蛙鏡，期待國防部能再審慎考量政策。
