通學步道 永和五校再擴張

新北市永和地區學區密集且學生步行通學比例高，但校園周邊路窄車多，新北市去年11月在永和5所國中小試辦「寧靜通學步道」，時段性限制車輛通行並人車分流，今年將擴大推動，秀山和秀朗國小將退縮圍牆改設綠籬，減少通學壓迫感。

教育局調查，全市學生步行通學比例約五成，前年11月新北市推動「生態雙和」，規畫設置通學步道。市府整合相關局處評估後，選定秀山、秀朗、永和3所國小和福和、永和2所國中周邊道路，試辦「寧靜通學步道」，通學時段禁行車輛或限制車輛單向通行，並以三角錐分流人車。

教育局表示，試辦前居民認為通學和上班間重疊，限制車輛會妨礙趕著上班的民眾，市府則協調導護志工和警力引導車輛。

教育局下半年將擴大通學步道相關設施，永和國小秀安街、秀山國小立人街將設置人行專用道，福和國中旁永利路94巷也將實施時段性禁止車輛進出，秀朗國小和永和國中則研議在人行專用或人車共道路段，鋪設彩色鋪面以利辨識。

近期秀山國小將校園4個角落的圍牆改為綠籬並退縮，秀朗國小也計畫下半年退縮圍牆。
