【時報記者陳奕先台北報導】學子暑假將近，將替觀光市場挹注強勁的營運動能，王品 (2727) 、瓦城 (2729) 、F-美食 (2723) 後市展望樂觀，今日餐飲三雄股價同步向上，截至12點半止，瓦城、F-美食漲幅仍逾2%，王品亦穩守平盤之上。

即將進入暑假觀光旺季，隨著學生族群將替市場挹注強勁消費力，加上第3季又有父親節、七夕等節日挹注觀光市場營運動能，觀光餐飲業者營運可望同步走升，朝全年營收高峰邁進。

為搶攻暑假營運旺季，餐飲三雄均積極備戰，瓦城已率先於第2季推出新品牌「大心」搶市，王品則同樣預計在本季底祭出義式料理新品牌「ita」；另外，F-美食除了加速導入二代店，同時將旗下占股40％的「這一鍋」在推進桃竹苗地區，7月將接續在竹北設店。

法人指出，餐飲三雄在新門市、新品牌挹注下，配合暑假及父親節、七夕等聚餐節日加持，替集團挹注營運新動能，第3季單月業績有機會再向上創高。
