包庇賭場案 前刑事局主祕喊冤

〔自由時報記者楊國文／台北報導〕前刑事局主任秘書許瑞山等官警被控投資賭場、索賄等案，一審以證據不足，判許在內的6名官警均無罪，僅許和妻子黃桂春涉竊占陽明山國有土地，各被判5月徒刑，得易科罰金；高等法院昨首度傳訊許瑞山等被告出庭，檢方指控許瑞山等官警「知法犯法」，但許等被告皆辯稱無罪，黃桂春庭訊後表示「很委屈」。

許瑞山昨庭訊表示，與賭場業者徐明祥沒有資金往來、沒有通聯紀錄，看不懂麻將，也不知道有賭場。
