學長偷拍教室活春宮　影片流出男方找理論

日前北部某所大學教室，直接上演活春宮。一對就讀北部某大學的男女，驚傳在教室內發生親密舉動，女子不僅幫男子口交，還疑似有性交行為，而親熱過程，有部份被人從教室氣窗外拍攝下來向媒體投訴。事後傳出遭偷拍的男學生，找到拍攝的學長理論，大罵對方「你說沒有拍，為何有畫面流傳出去？」

該對男女不僅在燈火通明的大學教室內撫摸彼此身體，女子更不斷玩弄男子下體，進行挑逗，之後更直接低頭幫男子口交，男子更拿出疑似保險套物品，在兩腿之間做出疑似套戴動作。

事後這段過程，被一名學長意外撞見後偷偷拍攝，根據《蘋果日報》報導，男生開門查看，發現學長站在門外拿相機偷拍，他要求檢查內容，確認裡面沒影片才離開教室。但事後卻有人將影片傳給校長，男生因此找學長理論怒斥「你說沒有拍，為何有畫面流傳出去？」但學長堅持否認偷拍。

對於全案，法界人士指出，不論是該對男女，還是拍攝者，可能都已經觸法。提醒民眾，切勿模仿。拍攝者可能觸犯了妨害秘密罪，最重可處3年以下有期徒刑。
