【時報-台北電】最新實價揭露，新北市新板特區「謙岳」案一口氣揭露19戶登錄資料，每戶總價均突破億元，最高1戶總價為1.54億元、每坪單價89.4萬元，成為新北市首棟「億元大樓社區」；至於北市揭露最高價仍是「皇翔御琚」及「仁愛帝寶」。

內政部昨（16）日公布最新一波實價登錄，位於新板特區厚生推出的「謙岳」案日前交屋，一口氣登錄19戶預售時交易資料，成交總價在1.14億～1.54億間，單價69.5萬～89.4萬元，最高總價為18樓1.54億元、單價89.4萬元，最低總價為6樓的1.14億元、單價為74萬元。

住商不動產板橋海山捷運店店長王建雄指出，「謙岳」基地1,180坪，採大坪數規畫，目前成屋市場上幾無轉手，目前若真要出售，估計每坪開價在百萬以上。

在市部分除頂級豪宅外，小豪宅也身價驚人，位於市中心大安路的「仁愛A+」，每坪成交價達159.9萬元，忠孝東路五段的「EAT」，每坪成交價131萬～142.1萬元，顯見套房產品總價雖較低，但單價反而更高貴。(新聞來源：工商時報─記者方明／台北報導)
