台巡賽擁積分 女將主場優勢

〔自由時報記者林宗偉／台北報導〕我國高球好手曾雅妮世界排名跌至第53名，本週將於美國LPGA國際皇冠盃找回手感，不過國內傳來好消息，經過近3年努力，台灣女子高爾夫巡迴賽成功加入世界積分組織（Women’s World Golf Rankings，簡稱WWGR），8月起，寶島女將只要參加台巡賽就能取得積分，可望大幅提升台灣選手世界排名。

「我們選手的實力絕對不輸中國，只是一直不被世界承認。」台灣女子職業高爾夫球協會理事長劉依貞表示，她從2012年起向WWGR遞申請書，但入會門檻高，每年至少得舉辦10場54洞的賽事，且單場賽事平均獎金不得低於10萬美元（約302萬台幣）、總賽事平均不低於75名職業選手參賽，前兩年叩關都因技術條件略有不足而功敗垂成。

WWGR原有歐巡、美巡、澳巡、日巡、韓巡等7個創始會員，中巡於2012年獲准加入，今年7月17日，我國終於受邀成為WWGR第11個會員，目前台巡賽一年12場賽事，選手只要打進前5名就能獲得世界積分，冠軍約可得到2分，劉依貞透露：「希望未來每年可達到25場賽事，並增加總獎金，讓台巡賽規模變大，積分自然越加越多。」
