過期肉重創業績 麥當勞叫苦

（中央社台北2014年8月5日電）彭博報導，麥當勞在中國大陸的食材供應商被爆出使用過期肉後，麥當勞本周正設法恢復銷售牛肉與雞肉漢堡。麥當勞還警告，大陸過期肉正衝擊亞洲業績。

麥當勞（McDonald’s Corp. US-MCD）昨天在申報文件中表示：「麥當勞在中國、日本與其他特定國家市場的業績正面臨嚴重負面衝擊。」

麥當勞表示，目前尚難推估對2014年盈餘的全面影響，但受波及地區占公司合併營收的比重近10%，而今年全球同店銷售預測可說「岌岌可危」。

麥當勞是全球最大餐廳連鎖業者，麥當勞的食材供應商美國福喜集團（OSI Group LLC）旗下上海福喜因篡改食材生產日期偷賣過期肉而接受調查後，麥當勞就忙著止血，以免過期肉衝擊銷售與損及聲譽。

百勝餐飲（Yum! Brands Inc. US-YUM）在過期肉醜聞爆發後，就終止了與福喜集團的合作關係。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
