柯文哲募競選歌 決選將直播

柯文哲辦公室昨表示，將向民間招募創作歌曲，依他「公開透明」的理念，評審團決選過程將在網路上全程live直播。

柯辦表示，評審包括今年金曲獎最佳台語歌手陳建瑋、董事長樂團吉他手林大鈞、金曲獎評審黃中岳、流行音樂人蘇通達等。至於評審方式，柯辦將募集歌曲上傳至youtube，嵌入活動網頁以供聆聽，初選階段開放全民投票，前20名進入決選。由評審團選出10首歌曲，收錄於台北調專輯中。

柯辦表示，收錄專輯的歌曲，柯文哲辦公室將給付詞曲授權費3萬元，且創作人仍持有版權，未來仍可使用。
