俄報復制裁…歐洲四國 經濟恐遭殃

俄羅斯禁止歐美食品進口，從波蘭蘋果農到挪威鮭魚出口業者將蒙受其害，仰賴俄國貿易的芬蘭恐重創最烈。德國農業部長認為此舉將拖累德、俄兩國經濟。

波蘭去年對俄國農業出口額超過3億歐元（4億美元），其中蘋果就貢獻九成，此舉將使農民與出口業者頓失這塊大餅。但官員普遍認為這項禁令對波蘭整體經濟影響有限。

挪威鮭魚出口業者7日股價聞訊大跌，跌幅高達5%至11%。俄國是挪威最大單一海產出口市場，去年出口額達10.4億美元，較2012年成長一成。

芬蘭與俄國經貿關係緊密的芬蘭，可能成為歐元區在俄國制裁聲中經濟受創最重的國家。俄國占芬蘭貿易比重14%，此舉將使努力從2008年以來第二波衰退中站穩陣腳的芬蘭經濟惡化。

德國農業部長史密特7日嚴詞抨擊俄國，表示此舉是不當的政治施壓，將對兩國經濟產生影響，也不利俄國消費者。
