國外學歷採認 簡化增彈性

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年8月12日電）教育部修正「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」，簡化程序、放寬修業期間限制，增加國際高等教育交流的彈性。

教育部高教司表示，「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」已於本月5日修正發布，國際學生來台學習更為方便，也有利於台灣的大學校院推動國際化。

教育部指出，過去規定申請人的國外學歷，都需經台灣駐外館處「驗證」，國內大學才能採認。現在改為由學校自行判斷，可以向申請人的畢業學校「查證」，或是函請駐外館處協助「查證」，也可要求申請人辦理「驗證」。

另外，教育部也放寬修業期間限制，增加許多彈性，並簡化查證應具文件，刪除了成績證明等英文證明文件。相關資訊可參考教育部網站。
