「隨緣」自助餐 吃多少自己投錢！

高雄有一家素食的自助餐店真的很特殊，顧客點了飯菜之後，老闆不計算價錢，而是由客人自己投錢到撲滿裏，要投多少全憑自己決定，因為老闆是一位雲遊四海的比丘尼，她由買菜到煮菜洗碗全都一手包辦，如果收入不夠的話，她就會拿退休金來補貼，讓這家自助餐店充滿家的感覺。

中午用餐時間素食的自助餐店陸續出菜，客人點了菜餚後要付錢時不是老闆計算該給多少，而是顧客自己來算，把錢投入一邊的撲滿裏，有人丟六十有人丟一百，而眼前的菜色主要是素菜外加五穀米飯，吃來相當健康，老闆隨客人付錢老闆就是相信客人，因為老闆是一位比丘尼圓懷法師，出家前她是一位退休老師，因為喜愛廚藝所以即使出家了，她還是向佛寺請假，每周二到周五利用阿姨家的一樓開了這間自助餐店，由洗菜煮菜到洗碗一手包辦，等於是校長兼撞鐘，雖然辛苦但是她做的很開心。

由於自助餐店是客人隨緣投錢，碰到風雨天菜價高漲店裏會虧損，圓懷法師只好拿出退休金來補貼，圓懷法師為了圓夢開店服務一般的小資族，也因為自助餐店隨緣，不計較賺錢與否，也讓這家店充滿了家的感覺。
