《傳產》桃縣、台南8月移轉量下滑，靠自住客撐盤

【時報-台北電】桃園縣地政局及台南市地政局公布8月份移轉棟數，其中桃園縣移轉棟數為3,126棟，月減率為12.1%；台南市移轉棟數則為1,573棟，相較上個月縮減13.7%。

桃園縣移轉棟數排名由交易熱區桃園市以828棟奪冠，其次是中壢市598棟，第3名則為平鎮市398棟；其中桃園市和中壢市相較於7月份移轉量，月減率分別為1.8%、14.7%，平鎮市月增率則逆勢上升24.6%。

至於台南市移轉棟數排名仍由交易熱區永康區以256棟奪冠，其次是善化區203棟，第3名則為安平區197棟，尤其善化地區月移轉量上升62.4%。

全國不動產董事長葉春智分析，雖然今年以來股市連漲，景氣緩步回升，不過受到政府管制房市政策越來越猛烈，尤其6月底央行加碼限貸令，短期炒作投資客趨於觀望，投資資金大舉退潮，唯自住及長期資產配置購屋需求依舊存在，支撐8月份移轉量！（新聞來源：工商即時方明）
