警察幫少年點菸 遭po臉書炫耀

太誇張。桃園縣八德警分局四維派出所今天凌晨處理少年聚集問題，將5、6名少年帶回派出所後，林姓警員不明原因要在場少年抽菸，還幫明顯只有國中年紀的未成年點菸，明知旁人在旁拍照、上傳臉書打卡，絲毫不遮掩。

其中一名少年留言，「警察還幫我點菸，超扯的啊！今天超開心的，怎麼會有這麼好的警察」。

警方表示，將調查涉案員警，如確認有其事，必予嚴懲。

桃園縣八德警分局林姓警員今天處理青少年聚集案，竟幫青少年點菸，嚴重違反警紀，青少年PO網炫耀。分局做出調地服務處分，同仁則批當警察最基本的原則都不懂。

警方調查，今天凌晨有青少年聚集及吵鬧，林姓警員前往處理，警方將多名青少年帶回四維派出所盤查。

過程中，林姓警員竟和青少年勾肩搭背，並在現場抽菸，還幫青少年點菸，他的舉動被青少年拍下，還PO上網炫耀。警方表示，調查涉案員警，確有其事，先調地服務，再進行懲處。
