因為在國外買東西，後來退貨。 對方電匯費用給我，但金額卻不符合， 於是我用破破的英文回信詢問， 對方客服回信給我。 但這內容也太多了，我只有大概看得懂60~70%， 所以想跪求看得懂的人，幫我翻譯一下，謝謝！ 以下 We regret you incurred charges for your recent withdrawal.
