（中央社記者陳朝福高雄19日電）曾有酒駕前科的徐暐傑今年3月又酒駕撞死人肇逃。雄 院審結，依酒駕致死判處徒刑8年6個月、肇逃2年，應執行有期徒刑10年。 高雄地方法院判決指出，徐暐傑今年3月在高雄市楠梓區酒後駕車追撞騎機車的海洋科技 大學林姓學生和共乘女友，造成林男死亡、女友重傷。 檢警查出徐男去年7月曾有酒駕紀錄被吊照，今年3月2日清晨酒後駕車行經高市楠梓區左 楠路時，為超越前方車輛撞上林男和女友，酒測值達0.51，全案送辦。 高雄地方法院審結，承審法官認為被告曾有酒駕紀錄和被吊照，不知悔改，且是去年6月 酒駕肇事修法後發生的第一起酒駕肇事撞死人案，從重判刑。 雄院依酒駕致人於死罪判處徐暐傑有期徒刑8年6個月，肇事逃逸判處徒刑2年，合計應執 行有期徒刑10年，附帶民事賠償判賠新台幣1005萬元。 http://ppt.cc/v91c -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.80.160.103 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1411137105.A.FB7.html
