輕颱鳳凰造成2人受傷

鳳凰颱風來襲，根據中央災害應變中心今天(21日)下午3時的統計資料，鳳凰颱風造人2人受傷。全台灣河川土石流紅色警戒增加為41條，黃色警戒達411條。
輕颱鳳凰為台灣東南部和南部帶來可觀雨量，根據農委會水土保持局的統計，41條土石流紅色警戒溪流集中在台東縣，而411條黃色警戒河川則分佈在花蓮縣、台東縣、屏東縣和高雄市。
目前雖未傳出重大災情，但鳳凰颱風已造成2人受傷，疏散撤離人數2,743人，收容安置939人。
停電戶數增加為6萬5千多戶，仍有4,900多戶等待修復，基地台受損64座，已修復10座。
交通方面，省道有7處預警性封閉，高鐵恢復正常行駛，但阿里山森林鐵路、台鐵南迴線和東西部幹線對號列車全面停駛。
