檢查N的每一個位數，如果那個數字是奇數，就不要做任何修改，
但如果那個數字是偶數，就將那個數字除以2。
譬如：N是1234，則經過處理之後的答案是1132；
又若N是747，則答案是727

請問這題以C來寫的話應該怎麼寫呢？
