（中央社記者戴雅真台北2014年9月26日電）秀傳醫療體系疑涉詐領健保費，衛生福利部長邱文達今天說，會對全國加強清查。

邱文達上午在立法院受訪表示，有關秀傳醫療體系疑涉詐領健保費，司法調查正在進行當中。

他說，衛福部將進一步了解全國各種藥品採購、例行稽查、檔案分析及異常管理，加強清查。

檢方查出，秀傳醫療體系因大量採購藥物，廠商會給予大量銷貨折讓，但秀傳醫療體系總裁黃明和等人卻從民國99年開始設立健和公司，由黃的侄子陳柏丞擔任公司負責人；黃明和等人安排健和公司向廠商採購藥物，然後轉賣給醫院，由健和公司賺取銷貨折讓的金額，健和公司再將錢匯入黃明和以及其子女名下的戶頭，已涉及背信以及侵占罪。

黃明和、黃的女兒黃意婷以及秀傳醫療體系財務處副處長胡毓美經訊問後，遭檢方聲請羈押禁見。
