38歲比利時新總理 歐盟18國最年輕

比利時三個中間偏右的法蘭德斯荷語區政黨7日宣布，已和法語區的改革運動黨談妥共組聯合內閣，由改革運動黨的米歇爾（Charles Michel）出任總理，結束五個月來的無政府僵局。

38歲的米歇爾當晚宣布，將於13日宣誓就職。他將是比利時自1840年以來最年輕的總理，也是歐元區18個國家中最年輕總理。

比利時在5月下旬進行聯邦國會改選，但各黨因為無法就組閣達成協議，新內閣名單持續延宕，直到7日晚間才達成最後協議，結束近五個月來的無政府狀態。

米歇爾說，已經就政府預算達成協議，預計在2018年時能讓比利時的政府財政達到平衡，並將在2025年將退休年齡從現行的65歲延後到66歲，2030年時再延後到67歲。

米歇爾於1975年12月21日在那慕爾出生。1998年在布魯塞爾擔任律師。2011年1月28日，他當選為法語改革運動黨主席。今年5月25日，比利時舉行了聯邦、地區及歐洲三合一議會選舉，新弗拉芒聯盟黨勝出。

儘管此次組閣花了近五個月時間，但這還不是比利時史上最長的一次。2010年時，比利時也曾因為無法就組成聯合政府達成協議，長達541天呈現無政府狀態，寫下歷史紀錄。
