我金援不翼而飛 吉國稱遭網路詐騙

我援助吉里巴斯四千五百萬購置平底船，但相關款項竟不翼而飛，吉國駐台大使游黛姤指出，吉國應負全責，但內部調查並無發現官員貪瀆收賄，整起事件定調為「網路詐騙」。初步了解實際損失款項約一千多萬，外交部長林永樂表示，尊重友邦說法，但最終結果尚未出爐，內部疏失仍有待調查。

游黛姤表示，吉國由聖誕島的「萊恩及鳳凰群島部」負責船隻購買事宜，至於撥款則由財政部負責。財政部在收到第一階段付款資訊後，便將相關款項匯至一英國帳戶，但因對方隨即要求付清剩下款項，讓財政部質疑其中有詐，在聯絡造船公司後驚覺對方並未收到款項，才讓整起事件爆發。

她表示，要求吉國匯款的不明團體，不曉得利用何種方式得知當局與菲律賓造船公司的通訊內容，相當清楚船隻採購相關資訊；官員雖「不夠小心」，但絕無收賄事宜，目前正協請國際刑警組織介入調查。

林永樂表示，吉國總統曾對此表示遺憾並展開內部調查，我方尊重吉國立場，但因目前尚未提出最終調查結果，實際情形仍有待確認。
