《國際產業》雅虎6.4億美元，收購視訊廣告平台BrightRoll

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】雅虎將斥資約6.4億美元現金，收購自動視訊廣告平台BrightRoll，加強即時出售視頻廣告的能力，這是執行長梅耶掌舵以來最大宗的併購案之一。

BrightRoll是一家獲利公司，今年營收可望超過1億美元。雅虎發布聲明表示，該收購案將使雅虎成為全美最大的視訊廣告平台。雅虎預計在2015年第一季完成交易。
