烏總統令政府機關撤離烏東

烏克蘭總統波洛申科簽署政令，要求在烏東的政府機關及法院全數撤離烏東特別軍事行動區，連同囚犯也須轉移。

波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）昨天簽署一份「關於穩定頓內茨(Donetsk)和盧甘斯克（Lugansk）州社會及經濟情勢緊急措施」的政令，下令基輔當局位於兩地的所有政府機構及法院須盡速撤離。

這項政令在今天公布於烏克蘭總統官網，依據內容，這些位於烏東特別軍事行動區的政府機關和法院撤離後，將另行安置所有工作人員。

另外，由於執法機構撤離，連同當地囚犯也須進行轉移，對此，波洛申科已請司法部處理此事。

除此之外，基輔當局也在今天下令停止國家銀行對頓內茨和盧甘斯克企業及人民提供服務，為期一個月。
