請問去健身房要如何跟櫃台人員開口??

小弟我是個非常害羞且容易緊張的人
但小弟想去健身房運動,因為是這輩子第一次去健身房所以我看到櫃檯人員我會非常害羞跟緊張不知道要怎麼跟他開口
請問各位進去健身房要跟櫃台人員說什麼??

另外問一下屏東體適堡跟屏東健身工廠的單次費用是多少?
