統一：退費餘額捐食安基金

（中央社記者楊淑閔台北20日電）行政院消費者保護處處長劉清芳表示，統一允諾23件染問題油產品近2年淨利用於退費，餘額全數捐衛生福利部食安基金。

劉清芳說，消保處今天與統一聯繫，統一做出以上允諾，稍晚統一企業也將發布此訊息。1031120
