蓋錯章新北老翁急撕選票

新北市中和區設在漳和國中的1230投開票所，今天下午3時發生一起撕毀選票事件，72歲陳姓老翁自稱蓋錯票，一時心急將新北市長選票撕毀，涉嫌違反選罷法，被帶至警派出所。

選監委員李承志律師接獲通報趕到了解後，依公職人員選舉罷免法裁罰。
