台英雙掛牌美元債 發行

美國量化寬鬆措施（QE）本月退場，明年可望升息，吸引多家國際大型銀行來台發行長天期美元債券，鎖住美元資金成本。英國四大銀行之一的駿懋銀行，今（3）日將首次來台發行美元計價國際債券，並同步於倫敦交易所掛牌，為首檔於台灣與歐洲兩地市場雙掛牌的國際債券。

此案也使得今年國際板債券的美元債發行餘額，達到約110億美元。

主辦證券商永豐金證券表示，本次發行的30年期零息美元債券，以內部報酬率（IRR）4.75%定價，發行總金額為2.5億美元。本檔國際債券發行為台英兩交易市場首次合作，深化台灣及歐洲市場合作機制，也及提升我國資本市場的國際化。

據了解，台英金融合作日趨緊密，英國財政部副部長Andrea Leadsom應銀行公會邀請，將在7日來台，在「台英人民幣雙邊論壇」中發表專題演說。
