國安局監聽配偶 代號愛情INT

美國國家安全局（NSA）遭揭密者史諾登爆料，偵監人民網路和電話，成為眾矢之的；《華爾街日報》23日更報導，有官員指出，NSA人員利用龐大資源，濫權監聽自己的伴侶。

據報導，國安局偷聽另一半的案例不多，平均1年只有1例，不過此類行動擁有專屬代號：「愛情INT」（LOVEINT）。情報單位往往以INT作為各類情報的字尾，例如有關「信號」（signal）的通訊類情報，會標上SIGINT。

國安局發布聲明澄清，過去10年發生的蓄意違規案例「極為稀少」，沒有1例觸犯重大監控法，「本局絕不容忍局內人員蓄意違規」，也會對犯規者採取「適當」處分。

LOVEINT監聽案例都涉及海外通訊，國安局指出，多數案例都由犯規者自行通報。
