首都加給 消防員：我也該有！

台北市警察首都加給，可望在議會過關，但警、消本一家，消防人員爭取多年的首都加給，卻沒下文，北市消防員同樣面臨人力不足、超勤、加班量大的問題，許多消防員千方百計設法請調回中南部，台北市成為人才培訓所。

從馬、郝市長時代，北市警局與消防局就曾不斷向行政院提案首都加給，名稱從「都市加給」到「都市危險加給」，但都未獲中央同意。

消防局指出，為留住台北市警消人力，首都加給是最好的方式，但因為加給屬於津貼，不是補助，依法必須經過中央修法通過，還有全國「一致性」問題，因此台北市政府自籌經費，「錢都準備好」，但中央還是不點頭。

北市是首善之區，消防局勤務相對多，其中光是救護量，平均是中南部各縣市的5到10倍，不但首都加給沒著落，連勤務加給也不公平，職務宿舍只有20個名額，卻有幾百人搶著申請，僧多粥少。

首都加給沒著落，近2年都有近2成員警申請外調，消防局對於同仁請調回鄉，都會尊重。
