中國大陸的中油公司出資五十億美元，向哈薩克購買卡沙干油田8.33%的股權，這項合約由大陸國家主席習近平7日訪問哈薩克時與總統納札巴耶夫共同簽署。卡沙干油田是近五十年來全世界所發現的最大油田。
