綠批中選會 淪為政治打手

民進黨團召開記者會，再度呼籲立法院不能接受中選會註銷王金平的公函。幹事長高志鵬說，中選會已經淪為政黨打手，合理懷疑中選會主委張博雅為了續任中選會職位，才接受總統馬英九的「關說」，護航成為政黨打手。高志鵬說，中選會違法於先，立法院不能跟著違法於後，同時要求檢調機關調查，馬總統有沒有伸黑手進中選會，讓獨立機關蒙羞。

書記長吳秉叡則指出，中選會是獨立機關，組織成員由委員會組成，根據中選會組織法第6條第4項明定，重大爭議案件應由委員會議決議，立法院長是憲政機關首長，當然事關重大，因此適用，會在稍後的黨團會議，「要求退回違法、未經決議的中選會公文」。
