聯國對敘決議 須含動武制裁

（中央社巴黎15日綜合外電報導）法國總統歐蘭德今天表示，根據俄羅斯/美國銷毀敘利亞化學武器協議而建構的聯合國決議案，必須包含某種制裁的威脅在內，以防敘利亞不遵守相關協定。

歐蘭德是在法國黃金時段的電視上，作此談話。他說，聯合國相關決議案可望在本週末付諸表決。

歐蘭德指出，經由政治和外交解決敘利亞內戰衝突有其可能，不過他強調，動武攻打的選項必須依舊維持。1020916
