代操經理人遭起訴 元大寶來：不影響營運

勞退基金遭代操經理人非法套利事件遭起訴，元大寶來投信、日盛投信雙雙在第一時間提出聲明。元大寶來強調，這是合併寶來投信前發生的不法行為，不影響目前公司正常運作；日盛投信則指稱，將加強內部管理，杜絕個人道德風險疑慮。

元大寶來投信表示，瞿姓經理人是前寶來投信全權委託處經理人，在公司合併寶來投信前就已離職，非目前元大寶來投信員工，也未在公司擔任任何職務，他涉案並遭起訴，對公司運作無任何影響。

日盛投信則表示，公司一直秉持嚴守法律、遵守紀律的經營方針，制定嚴謹的內部管理制度，致力要求員工秉持誠實信用原則，將保障投資人利益列為最高宗旨。

由於前員工的不當行為屬個人行為，使公司蒙受主管機關處分，日盛投信感到痛心及遺憾，該員工已於今年3月離職。公司強調，對員工個人證券投資交易訂有明確管理規範，不容許任何不適當的交易行為。
