食安問題重創國人信心，消基會點名衛生福利部部長邱文達應負政治責任；前衛生署長楊志良今天表示，自己也曾待過那個位子，對於現任首長不願表示意見。

但楊志良建議，應該建立檢舉制度，解決食品藥物管理署人力不足的壓力。
