結合環保節能與食品安全兩大要素，台南職訓中心委外開設「綠能水電應用班」，由老師陳鴻銘率領23位學員研發出「魚菜共生系統」，利用太陽能、風力及水力，最下層養魚排出糞便，作為第二層及最上層蔬菜的肥料，只要適當陽光，3天就能採收芽菜食用，設計已取得專利。

結訓學員開心學會實用的節能概念運用在生活中，以後要吃魚或蔬菜，自家就可以生產。
