配合馬除王？ 張博雅動怒！

立法院內政委員會今天完成審查中選會委員被提名人資格審查，立法院長王金平國民黨黨籍案是關注焦點。中選會主委張博雅表示，沒有特別加速處理王案，所有公文中選會都當日處理，從未擱置，她也不曾接到任何關切電話。對不斷被懷疑，張博雅最後動怒，兩度敲桌，「（你不相信）我也沒辦法。」

中選會委員提名名單，張博雅為委員並為主任委員，劉義周為委員並為副主任委員，其餘提名人為劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥及仉桂美，除仉桂美，其餘都是續任。

民進黨立委陳其邁、國民黨立委廖正井質疑，這是重大爭議事件，為何不用舉行委員會議討論。六位被提名者都認同性質屬重大爭議，但中選會是程序性案件，過程並非重大案件。張博雅說，政黨撤銷黨員黨籍，根本沒有中選會討論的餘地。

民進黨立委姚文智質疑，當天是否有人士打電話關切？張博雅說，從來沒有。姚文智批評，中選會配合馬英九總統革除王金平資格，張博雅兩度拍桌反駁說：「我絕對不會耍嘴皮，（你不相信）我也沒辦法」。
