請問我們現在住的房子是我大伯的名字但是貸款是我們在繳房子也是我們在住現在要把房子轉到我名下還有貸款的部分也是我大伯也同意請問我可以自己辦理嗎？（我26歲有足的經濟能力負擔！）還是一定要代書？代書費用約多少？大致上的程序是如何呢？謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.229.236
