德州警察在巡邏車後座性侵女子

德州一個警察在巡邏車後座性侵一個被上了手銬的19歲女子，他已經被捕。

事情發生在上個星期五凌晨，被告（尼爾）開著警車尾隨受害人經過好幾個路口之後，他攔車勒令對方下車，接著他謊稱受害人開的是贓車，儘管女子拿出車籍證明，他還是強制對受害人搜身，接著將對方上銬，然後在車後座性侵。

被告員警有十一年資歷，是局裡的麻煩製造者，這不是他第一次牽涉這樣的案子，幾年前，他也曾被控性侵，後來因為受害人不願出庭作證，案子沒有成立。

警察局長對外說明案情的時候不諱言，他很失望也非常憤怒，這件事對警方形象傷害很大，被告員警在完成筆錄等程序之後，已經交保，等候開庭。（圖片取材自網路）
