開發金案 辜家二少減輕改判

開發金併購金鼎證案，台灣高等法院上午二審審宣判，前開發金總經理辜家二少辜仲，當時被依證交法內線交易、背信等罪起訴，一審判刑6個月，高院上午則改依違反證交法的公開收購規定，判8月徒刑，再依相關減刑規範，減為4月徒刑，得易科罰金。同案被告吳春台等人，也都獲得輕判，刑度集中在2到4月不等徒刑。

開發金併購金鼎證案，台北地檢署4年前偵查終結，檢方認定辜仲等人涉犯證交法內線交易、背信等罪，提起公訴。一審法院審理後，合議庭法官僅依偽造文書罪，判處辜仲有期徒刑6月，得易科罰金。
