（中央社記者江明晏台北2013年12月9日電）紅米機今天正式在台灣開賣，小米官網宣布，1萬支紅米手機已在9分50秒內售罄；紅米機在台獨家攜手的電信商遠傳電信 (4904) 預計於今天下午舉行上市記者會。

紅米機今天正式在台開賣，首輪限量1萬支，每人限購1支，先前引爆預約熱潮；小米官網今天宣布，1萬支紅米手機已在9分50秒內售罄，除了透過官網，紅米機獨家攜手遠傳電信銷售，並選在9日當天同步舉行上市記者會，今天也將公布資費細節與綁約方案。

紅米機搭載4.7吋螢幕、4核心、雙卡雙待的紅米機，定價不到新台幣4000元。

小米機進軍海外，台灣是第一個市場，4月正式開賣小米2S，繳出亮眼成績單，為了改善物流問題，小米9月已和統一集團的黑貓宅急便合作，並攜手電子商務平台PChome、全家超商支付業者合作，具體的合作效益，將在紅米機開賣後得到驗證。
