空污嚴重 中市環保局罰建設局

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中2013年12月11日電）台中市目前有8000多處工地施工中，揚塵造成的空氣污染問題嚴重，光是建設局今年就被環保局開罰25件、罰鍰新台幣40餘萬元。

台中市議會今天聯席審查環保局103年度預算，市議員蔡雅玲指出，中市空氣品質不佳，市府應該負最大的責任，因為公共工程就有1243處在進行中，工地產生的揚塵造成空氣品質不佳，要求環保局加強監督。

環保局表示，台中市列管工地有8434處，今年至今已稽查1822次，告發36件，多數是違反廢棄物清理法及空污法，其中1243處的政府公共工程，以建設局的違規最多，共開出了25張罰單，處罰40餘萬元。

環保局長劉邦裕表示，從100年至102年，已對施工中的公共工程開罰130萬元之多，蔡雅玲要求公共工程應該起帶頭示範作用，附帶建議要積極加強監督市府施工中重大工程。
