三星在老家踢鐵板！要求禁售蘋果iPhone 5等 遭南韓法院駁回

南韓三星（Samsung Electronics）（005930-KR）再次於專利訴訟中輸給了蘋果（ (US-AAPL) ），不過這次敗下陣來的地點是老家南韓。

《路透社》報導，南韓中央地方法院周四（12日）裁定，蘋果並未侵犯三星專利，因此後者無法要求禁售數款 iPhone 與 iPad。

三星在今年 4 月向該法院控告，iPhone 4S、 iPhone 5 與 iPad2 侵犯了三星簡訊顯示與簡訊群組等 3 項專利。

法官周四推翻了三星向蘋果提出的禁售令，以及 1 億韓元賠償要求。

去年 8 月該法庭判決蘋果侵犯三星 2 項無線技術專利，賠償 4000 萬韓元；同一判決中，法官也裁定三星應賠償蘋果 2500 萬韓元，因侵犯瀏覽資料的自動彈回功能。

這場全球兩大科技龍頭的專利大戰，早在 2011 年就開始正面交鋒，當時首場官司是蘋果指控三星抄襲 iPhone與 iPad 的外觀設計。

台北時間周四中午 12︰50，三星股價下跌 1.55%，暫報 139.8 萬韓元。
